Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. shredded frozen hash browns
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. minced dried onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. (Save some cheese to go on top.) Press in baking dish. Sprinkle leftover cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
