2/3 c. long-grain rice
1 1/3 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
6 slices bacon
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. each salt and fine herbes
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dried dill weed
dash of salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
