Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 4 c. leftover pinto beans or 2 cans pinto beans, about 15 oz. can
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 medium sized pepper, chopped
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. canned chopped tomatoes
Preparation

Drain canned beans.
Cook onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons oil or bacon drippings.
Add to beans with Ro-Tel tomatoes and canned tomatoes.
Add a clove of garlic if you like.
Place in a baking dish.
Place strip of bacon on top.
Bake about 350\u00b0 until brown on top about 45 minutes.
