Orange Sauce Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of cloves
    1 lb. ground chicken or beef
    1/3 c. currants
    1 c. orange juice
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine egg, bread crumbs, cloves, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
    Add meat and currants.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 15 to 18 minutes or until no longer pink.
    Mix orange juice, cornstarch, honey and soy sauce.
    Cook until thick.
    Cook and stir 2 more minutes.
    Place meat balls in a chafing dish.
    Pour sauce over meat balls.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 32.
