Cuban Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves, cut into thirds
    1/2 c. unbleached white flour
    1/3 c. water
    1 large can (28 oz.) tomatoes with juice
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. each: oregano and cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. stuffed green olives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place potatoes in saucepan; cover with water and boil for 10 minutes.
    Put margarine and olive oil in shallow baking pan and place in oven until margarine melts.
