Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter (do not substitute)
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. ground pecans
    1 c. sifted cake flour
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar and salt.
    Add vanilla, then sifted flour and pecans.
    Press mixture through cookie press (or shape into 1-inch balls).
    Place on slightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
