Stuffed Fresh Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. fresh mushrooms (large)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lime juice
5 oz. minced clams, drained
Preparation

Wash and scoop out mushrooms.
Blend remaining ingredients. Fill mushroom caps with cheese and clam mixture.
Place filled mushroom caps under broiler until bubbly.
