Taco Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, diced finely
    3 to 5 cloves garlic, minced fine
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 to 3 tsp. ground cumin (fresh)
    4 to 6 Tbsp. chili powder (Grandma's-Gebhardt's)
    1/2 tsp. celery seed, ground
    1/2 c. water to simmer (use more if needed)
Preparation
    Simmer
    ground
    beef
    until
    almost done.
    Drain excess grease.
    Add onion and garlic and finish cooking.
    Add rest of ingredients
    and simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Add water as needed to help blend flavors.
    After 30 minutes, cook, uncovered, if needed, to remove excess moisture.
