Fresh Mountain Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    3 c. McIntosh apples, peeled and chopped
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs in beater.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Blend dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Beat well.
    Add apples and nuts. Stir.
    Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Ice.
