Swiss Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 1/2 tsp. oleo
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. thin sliced celery
    1 tsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Quarter cabbage; cook in salted water until crispy tender (8 to 12 minutes); drain.
    In saucepan, melt oleo.
    Add carrots and celery; cook until tender.
    Remove from heat; stir in flour and add milk.
    Cook until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Pour over cabbage.
