German Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine (4 Tbsp.)
    2 medium apples, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Put two 9-inch round cake pans in oven to heat up.
    Beat eggs, flour, milk and salt in small mixer bowl on medium speed for 1 minute.
    Remove pans from oven and put 2 tablespoons margarine in each pan, rotating until margarine is melted and coats sides.
    Arrange half of apple slices in each pan. Divide batter between pans covering apples.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter in each pan.
    Bake uncovered until puffed and golden brown.
