Gnocchi Parisian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    gnocchi
    1 small onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare sauce in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
    Melt butter or margarine, cook onion until tender.
    Stir in flour, cook 1 minute.
    Stir in half and half and chicken broth, cook, stirring, until thickened.
    Remove pan from heat, stir in Swiss cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
