Pegliarni - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. hamburger
 
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato soup
1 large pkg. egg noodles, cooked
1 large can sliced mushrooms
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
- 
                            Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper; drain.
 
Mix other ingredients with the beef mixture.
Top with 1/2 pound grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
