Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
1 c. light cream or evaporated milk
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate. Add sugar, cream, corn syrup and vanilla. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Serve warm or cold over ice cream or pound cake. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: about 3 1/2 cups.
