Italian Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. grated cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
    2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with your hands and roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Once sampled, they go like crazy.
