Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 or 4 large sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tall can Pet milk
2 deep dish pie shells

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Boil potatoes until easily pierced by fork.
Place cooked potatoes in large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Stir in butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add spices, salt and Pet milk.
Bake 70 minutes.
