Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. warm water
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Set oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt margarine; set aside.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, egg and flour.
    Add margarine.
    Put in bowl; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Put in greased muffin pans and bake for 20 minutes.
    Dough will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
