Smoky Salmon Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/8 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
    chopped parsley
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving 2 teaspoons of liquid.
    Flake. Combine reserved liquid with salmon, cream cheese, onions and liquid smoke.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Form mixture into a log 6 to 8 inches long; sprinkle with parsley. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
    Serve with crackers.
