Stratta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices white bread
2 c. diced ham, bacon or sausage or all
1/2 c. melted margarine
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk (4 c.)
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. hard cheese (Colby)
Preparation

Break bread into pieces.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cut cheese into cubes and place over bread.
Sprinkle cooked meat over cheese.
Pour margarine over meat. Beat eggs, mustard, salt and milk and pour over casserole. Chill overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
Great for breakfast.
