Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    5 fresh rosemary sprigs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
    4 carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch lengths
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray chicken with cooking spray.
    Coat chicken with rosemary on both sides.
    Place in a large baking dish.
    Toss the potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and olive oil in a bowl.
    Arrange mixture around the chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake for one hour or so.
    Check to be sure the chicken does not dry out.
