Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil (Wesson)
2/3 c. water
medium size can pumpkin (not large)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Make a well in them; add oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
Mix until smooth.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Divide batter into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans that are both greased and floured.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
