Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 can milk
5 c. sliced potatoes
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
8 oz. Mozzarella or Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix the milk, Cheddar cheese soup and the hamburger that has been browned.
Add the onion and potatoes.
Mix together.
Top with the tomato sauce.
Add the sugar.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Remove, top with cheese and bake 15 minutes more.
