Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

egg roll wrappers (in produce dept.)
shredded cabbage or bok choy
chopped green onion
grated ginger root (found in produce dept.)
grated carrots
any meat or seafood or sausage
Preparation
-
Cook meat or seafood by sauteing quickly (hot or mild sausage needs to be crumbled).
Briefly saute vegetables.
Following package directions on egg roll wrappers.
Fill and roll.
Deep fry.
Serve hot with soy sauce (Kikkoman),
Chinese mustard or sweet and sour sauce.
