No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening.
    Beat egg well.
    Add vinegar and water to egg.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Roll out between sheets of waxed paper.
    Makes four 9-inch crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
