Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage, room temperature
    12 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix sausage and cheese until blended.
    Add Bisquick gradually. May have to adjust amount of Bisquick.
    Roll into marble size balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
