Mock Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
Preparation
    In food processor, place drained beans and grind until smooth. In bowl, mix the remaining ingredients with the bean paste. Tastes better if used the next day. Tastes just like tuna salad.
