Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, unpeeled and thinly sliced
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. biscuit mix, prepared
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix together all ingredients.
    Turn into a slightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
    Serve warm, cut into squares or wedges.
