Currant Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. red currant jelly
3/4 c. Port wine
Preparation

Melt margarine in small saucepan over low heat.
Add jelly and stir until it melts.
Add wine; stir to blend and cook just long enough to heat sauce.
(Cranberry juice may be substituted for wine.)
