Quick German Meatballs(Porcupines With Gravy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger (raw)
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 pkg. French's stroganoff mix
    1 can water
    4 Tbsp. onion or 2 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
    1 c. rice (raw)
    1/4 tsp. chopped garlic (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix mushroom soup, water and stroganoff mix and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and form into 1 1/2-inch balls (makes 18 to 20 meatballs).
    Drop raw meatballs into soup mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and return to oven to brown tops.
    Voila....meatballs with gravy.
