Cooked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tender squash yellow
    1 onion
    1/2 tsp salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash squash and slice, unpeeled.
    Place in pan; slice onion. Add squash; cook in enough water to make tender.
    Add 2/3 cup milk and 1 tbsp butter; let simmer just a few minutes.
    Add salt, pepper and serve.
