Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
12 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend 2 cups
sugar, eggs, cream cheese and 1 teaspoon lemon juice until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Put this mixture into graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until middle stops jiggling when shook.
Cool for 10 minutes, then cream together sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice.
Put on top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
