Eva'S Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked pumpkin
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
Preparation

Mix all together with mixer or in blender and pour into a baking dish.
Put water in baking pan and set bowl of custard in it.
Place in 300\u00b0 oven for about an hour.
Insert knife in cooked custard.
If the custard is completely cooked, the knife will be clean when removed.
