Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large brisket roast
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine onion, celery and garlic salts with liquid smoke. Pour over roast and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    When ready to bake, add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Bake in slow oven (250\u00b0) 4 to 5 hours.
    Let cool and slice thin.
    Add your favorite barbecue sauce and bake 1 hour.
