Chocolatetown Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening or 3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. (12 oz.) Hershey's baking chips

Preparation

Cream shortening, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts and baking chips.
