Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put tomatoes in a pot and bring to a boil.
    Add butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon
    flavor.
    Cook
    over
    a
    low fire for 10 minutes. Mix flour
    and water; make a smooth mixture.
    Add to the tomatoes, stirring
    occasionally.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
