Low-Fat Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 extra-large egg
    1 extra-large egg white
    1 c. Smart Choice Peter Pan peanut butter or low-fat Skippy
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar and eggs, then add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in flour, 1/2 cup at a time.
    Roll rounded tablespoonfuls into balls, then crisscross with fork dipped in flour or powdered sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
    Yield:
    48 cookies, 2.2 g. fat each.
