Chili(Nebraska Style) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 envelope chili mix
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 qt. tomatoes
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef together with onion and bell pepper.
Drain any fat.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
