Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli, peel tough skin and chop
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. pkg.)
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 medium carrot, chopped
    1/2 c. instant mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, onion, celery and carrot in chicken broth until tender.
    Add cream cheese, then add instant potatoes.
    If it thickens too much add a little milk.
