Hungarian Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lbs. short ribs
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 med. onions, sliced
    1 8 oz. pkg. noodles and additional water
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown ribs in 2 tablespoon oil, mix tomato sauce, mustard, worcestershire sauce, sugar, and vinegar.
    Add 1 can water.
    Pour over meat, add onions.
    Simmer 2-2 1/2 hours.
    Add one more cup of water and then noodles.
    Cook 20 minutes more.
