Cake That Won'T Last - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 can coconut
    3 mashed bananas
    1 c. pecans
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and let set for 2 minutes. *Using a spoon only, mix well, but DO NOT BEAT! Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour and 15 minutes.
