Umpqua Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water or 1 1/2 c. water and 1 1/2 c. milk
    1 large chopped onion
    1 lb. new potatoes, diced
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    1 lb. boneless salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces or canned salmon
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. unprepared Hidden Valley Ranch Original dressing mix
    1/2 c. pitted sliced olives
    dill weed
Preparation
    Combine water, onion, potatoes and celery.
    Cover, simmer 20 minutes.
    Add salmon and cook 10 minutes more
