Venison Or Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    salt, pepper and flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3/4 c. extra dry vermouth
Preparation
    Salt and pepper meat.
    Batter in flour.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in frypan.
    Brown roast on all sides.
    Mix mushroom soup, onion soup and vermouth.
