Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
    1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. minus 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    7 large eggs
    2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and set aside.
    Place a rack 1/3 of the way up from the bottom of oven.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat cream cheese and butter until soft and smooth.
    Beat in the vanilla, sugar and cornstarch until the batter is smooth.
    Reduce to low speed and beat in eggs, one at a time, blending after each addition.
    Add heavy cream while beating.
    The mixture will be thin and smooth.
    Beat in lemon juice.
    Pour into prepared pan. Place that pan in a larger pan.
    Into the larger pan, pour hot water to a depth of one inch.
