Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. diced green bell pepper
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. corn oil margarine
    3 1/4 c. toasted bread, broken into small pieces
    3 1/2 c. crumbled cornbread
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. cooked giblet broth (warm)
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.
    In large bowl, combine toasted bread and cornbread with sage, poultry seasoning and black pepper.
    Add the sauteed ingredients; pour in broth and mix well.
    Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; uncover and bake about 5 more minutes.
    Yields 15 to 18 servings.
