Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    butter crumbs for topping
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 9 x 15-inch greased baking dish.
    Top with buttered cracker or bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
