Hearty Turkey Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced cooked turkey
3 c. turkey (or chicken) broth
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. celery sliced diagonally
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
1 tsp. minced fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp. dried
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 can evaporated milk (skim is fine)
2 tbsp. flour
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until transparent. Stir in curry powder and cook one minute longer. Stir in potatoes, carrots, celery, broth, and seasoning to taste and bring to boil over low heat. Stir in peas, turkey, oregano and parsley. Cook until vegetables are barely
tender, but crisp. Combine milk and flour and stir in gently until well blended. The soup should be slightly thickened. Check seasoning.
