Hawaiian Dip And Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe fresh pineapple
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chutney (preferably mango ginger)
    1 tsp. curry powder
    4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. flaked coconut, toasted *
    sliced fresh fruit (pineapple, kiwi, strawberries and grapes)
Preparation
    Cut pineapple in half lengthwise; loosen insides of both halves with grapefruit knife and remove fruit, leaving the shells. Save one shell and turn upside down to drain.
    Finely chop enough pineapple to make 2/3 cup; cut remaining pineapple into 1-inch pieces.
    Combine chopped pineapple with cream cheese, chutney, curry powder and mustard.
    Spoon mixture into drained pineapple shell and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
    Surround pineapple shell with pineapple and other fresh fruit for dipping.
