Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In greased 2-quart casserole dish arrange sliced potatoes in 3 layers.
Sprinkle each layer with 1/3 of the flour, salt, pepper and butter.
(Butter should be dotted.)
Heat the milk to scalding.
Pour over the potatoes.
Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 60 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
