Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add buttermilk gradually, stirring constantly to keep from lumping.
    Add yolks and flavoring.
    Add margarine.
    Cook and stir over medium heat, about 10 minutes or until it comes to a boil.
    (It won't be thick.) When cool, pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
