Stuffed Pork Loin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pork loin
olive oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. finely chopped mushrooms
soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Hollow pork loin with clean knife sharpener poked through center longways and working loin with thumbs until small rounded hole goes all through length of pork loin (or carefully split open, horizontally with a sharp knife).
